It's been a while since Matt and I have committed a full day to working on the house. In the beginning we were so gung-ho I think we burned ourselves out a little bit, but after a long hiatus we are ready to start back up again. This weekend after laying out at the pool and watching football (woohoo!) on Saturday, and boating on Sunday, we are going to spend Monday doing little projects that we've been putting off. These projects include but are not limited to: touch up paint in kitchen and powder bath, putting in new door knobs and hinges on downstairs doors, installing a new shower head in the guest bath and possibly also a new toilet, etc etc...
Since Matt tends to handle the "manly" jobs, I will be doing some more aestheticly-inclined projects, such as finding a flower arrangement for the dining room table centerpiece, organizing the study closet, finding a trash can and toilet paper holder for powder bath, re-arranging bookshelf in master bedroom, and so on...

Can't wait to see you tomorrow!!! If we get bored between the games, we can go hunt for some house stuff. I fully intend to go to Kohl's and TJ Maxx/Marshall's/Ross before we head back up to the city on Sunday. :) xoxo
